Given the nature of digital marketing services, we do not generally offer a refund for orders that have been fully delivered, unless required under Canadian consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws.
An order is considered fully delivered once it has reached the requested quantity within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
If your order has not been fully delivered within 48 hours of your payment, or if you are dissatisfied with the services you have received, please contact us so we may make things right. We thrive on offering personalized support to each of our clients and making sure you are satisfied with your order.
We offer a 30-day refill guarantee on all delivered orders. If your order drops below the delivered quantity within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will refill it at no additional charge.
For partial deliveries, a partial refund or credit may be issued proportionally based on the undelivered portion of your order.
All refund, credit, and refill requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or refill.
